Okay, i have solved my previous problem but now i have another problem. My wireless network disconnects after 5 - 10 seconds when i am connected to access point. Even sometimes after i try to connect to it, wireless network just disconnects straight away. My system is Windows XP Home Edition.
1. In Intel Proset Wireless software i chose to let Windows manage the wireless, then i uninstalled the software and the next time i restarted, Wireless Zero Configuration service was working again.
2. I still could not find networks and what i did was removing wireless driver and installing newest driver for my wireless adapter.
Now i want to update you: i tried to create ad-hoc network on my second laptop and when connected to it, no disconnections were observed and all worked normally. So it comes out that with ad-hoc my wireless adapter works and with routers not. The problem is not in routers because i have both in house and tried them as well.
Also i don't know if wireless disconnects, because it says "Acquiring Network Adress" everytime it disconnects.
See if repairing the Windows Socket services fixes the problem. Create a System Restore point before running just in case. I've never had it cause a problem but it's always best to be prepared to recover.
