hey friends! My computer speaker is giving an echo sound every time i play them. what could be the reason. Should they be replaced with a new one or there is a chance of repair in that?
Hi MobileMania

Once again, you don't provide much information that can help us to help you.
You may be presuming that we know your machine from past threads, or that all computers are alike, or that there are universal answers.

Since you have previously posted about different machines, and even machines for "friends" we can't guess what you are currently dealing with.
All computers are not alike in all ways, plus an effective solution will be machine and operating system specific and hardware/software specific, not universal.

Please be serious about how you post your question(s).
Read and follow the guidelines provided here: http://forums.whatthetech.com/index.php?act=SR&f=126
Carefully developed and presented questions will generally result in more informative responses and more useful solution suggestions.
Or more simply, better questions can lead to better answers.

Things to consider:

1.
Echo/reverberation can be caused by feedback from microphones.
Do you have a microphone live/active when the problem occurs?
2.
Depending upon your Sound Card (onboard or PCI or even PCIe) various features of the sound controls may be producing an effect that you don't like.
Check those settings, or provide specific information about your sound solution (brand, version, driver, settings).

Best Regards
here is the question to answer: i am always asking about different machines because i am also a computer teacher in a junior school and we got around 20 pcs in the lab. My lab assistant is good but he also stuck sometimes. So i post anything he discuss with me. Plus i have 3 desktop pcs in my home and 2 laptops. So you can see, how much i am surrounded by many different machines :) well as far my problem was concerned, your first guess was correct, i had my microphone attached to the PC and it was causing that echo. I am grateful to you guys and forum for helping me out in every possible way. Thanks
