google chrome is in trouble!

hey friends! My Google Chrome browser is causing trouble. It does not allow me to open some websites and some files keep on downloading by itself. This is weird. I downloaded chrome again but its doing it same. what could be the reason?

Does it happen with IE or FireFox? If yes then you probably have picked up some kind of malware. If not, when did it start? You could do a System Restore to a date before then, see if that fixes the problem.

I uninstalled firefox way earlier but i have internet explorer and its working fine for those websites. Yeah you might be right, it could be some virus in my operating system :( i have to re install it. Ugh its such a pain. well thanks anyway
