needed junk file cleaner ? Urgently !

Hi Guys, Is there any application which can automatically clean my junk files like temp files & unneeded files..?? I appreciate any advice..!! Thanks

I don't know of a auto running program but
ATF Cleaner or TFC should work great for you.
