This seems to be a problem with many forum sites. How to display an image that has no ulr. It's just a PC image capture that is sitting in "my pictures" folder? I click on 'add image' and it asks me for a ulr (only)?

The "insert image" icon is only for images hosted elsewhere.

You can also upload and attache an image directly from your machine.
