I am using Windows Vista Business and deleted my waste basket from the desktop. Where do I navigate to put the shortcut back?

right click on the desktop,
choose Personalize.
When the panel opens,
on the far left choose Change Desktop Icons
- when that panel opens make
sure the Recycle Bin is ticked.
Click - OK.
