Laptop Crash

Hello, I'm having some problems with my laptop. It shut down unexpectedly and now it does not consistently boot up. I have run scans and they appear to be clean. I just wanted to rule out a possible virus issue before moving on to other possible issues. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
