DMAscheduler error on startup

Hi I am running windows XP and when the PC starts up it comes up with DMAscheduler has encountered a problem and needs to close. It will not let me connect to the internet or run my Mcaffe anti virus, can anyone help with this ?????

Try doing a Syste4m Restore to before this started happening. I would go back at least a day or two before.

Click on Start then Programs (or) All Programs). Click on Accessories then System Tools and finally System Restore.
