Im downloading it now do you know why when I previously updated my system my computer kept reseting ? I hope this doesnt cause it to happen … Cause then its a whole nother problem lol

Could have been any number of reasons, you could have been infected. Make sure all your security programs are disabled and all other programs closed when you try it this time.
