Hiyall! One of my friend is having a problem that every time he starts his computer, it's loading and after that a blue screen is coming up. It says something like you have to uninstall the newest hardware or software? After that there's coming a message that says if you will solve the problem or start the computer…He has tried both, but nothing works? On clicking on the solve problem button (or whatever it says), it can't find out what's wrong. There's just a message asking if you will send it to Windows, tried that too, but nothing is happening. He tried to run some tests in Recover Manager, but there wasn't any problems??? Please help !!!
Hi, sorry to hear of your friend's computer problem. The prime suspects for faults like this are the last few things that were being done on the machine immediately prior to its failure to boot up, so any information you can provide on this will be helpful. Its going to be difficult to make any helpful comments until you give us more information. In addition to the above: 1 The exact wording of the "blue screen" and the stop codes (these need to be accurately written down and posted back to us here) 2 The Make/model number of the computer 3 The operating system …. (Win 7, or Vista or XP or 2K or….) 4 Has your friend followed the onscreen prompts to uninstall hardware/software? 5 If software/hardware has been installed recently the details would sure help us? 6 Can he start in safe mode? 7 Does he have a Windows Installation disc? 8 Does he have a manufacturers Recovery disc? and a back up or disc with all his drivers on? 9 Has he an up to date, accurate and reproducible back up/copy/archive of everything on his machine that is important to him, safely kept on removable media? 10 Has he a verified disc image, kept safe on removable media, and a bootable CDrom to load it? Post back with the answers 1 through 10 and we will be happy to help. Regards paws
