There is no uninstall tool by Grisoft but does anyone know how to remove this program and also the free AVG anti virus program?

In most instances you can uninstall AVG from Control Panel - Add/Remove
If Add/Remove give you difficulties, try:
AVG Remover (use the 32bit or 64bit version appropriate to your machine)
