dcom server process launcher..terminates unex

The laptop keeps on shutting down. Have typed F8 got into disable auto shutdown but it still does, get all the way down to the GMER scan but every time I try and run after 10 - 15 mins it shuts down I have done all above this point. Do I now run hijack this and post?
