Unknown Process

During the machine shut down process, I will get a message that "CiceroUIWndFrame" is not responding with choice of "End Now"(but you may lose information), or click cancel to go back to windows. When I go back to Windows and check applications and process, there is no such in either. Try to shut down again and get same message. Then have to click "END NOW" to procede with shutdown. Has anyone else had this happen? Is it a trojan? Perplexed here. <_<

i think that has to do with outlook express. search google for CiceroUIWndFrame.
