How to fix an Hp mini when it says "BOOTMGR is compressed"?

I have a Hp mini 1153nr 16GB, the latest addition so I only had it for a month and it was running out of space so I was doing stupid things to it until I thought to compress the Hard drive or whatever it was, but it was everything I was compressing including the documents and all, so try looking for everyone and everywhere for help? What do I need to reset it all? I don't care if I have to start over I got nothing important in there anyway. It ran with windows XP

Yeah but I don't got many things with the notebook and I usually don't want to get it back. So how can I get the restoration method with maybe a USB, cause it doesn't got a disk drive!
