I cannot download any programs via the internet. I tried to uninstall AVG 8.5… and I can't uninstall…I get a code like this;

I can't get any Adobe PDF files to run
I can't uninstall any programs
I've tried a system restore…that doesn't work>
Any advice out there?
I have Windows Vista…
DO NOT use any TOOLS such as Combofix, SmitfraudFix, Vundofix, or HijackThis fixes without supervision.
Doing so could make your pc inoperatible and could require a full reinstall of your OS, losing all your programs and data.
Stay with this topic until I give you the final 'All clean' post.
Vista users: 1. These tools MUST be run from the executable. (.exe)
