When I try to edit a Task in my gmail account, the mouse begins blinking and I cannot proceed with an edit. The only way to stop ths blinking is to scroll the mouse down and click in any spot in the Start bar at the bottom of the screen. So I can never edit the details on a Task. I can only click them as Completed and create a new task. I have found that I CAN edit a task if the task list has been expanded and raised to the upper left on my screen by clicking the pop-out / link at the top of the list in the upper right section of the list. So maybe this is resolved. I was trying to click the Edit Details > link next to a task while in the Popped In list in the lower-right of my screen. Can someone respond and tell me if my new discovery resolves this issue and how do I mark it as Resolved on this forum?
This may be a browser issue. What web browser are you using to do this? (IE, FireFox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, Netscape, etc.) and have you tried in another web browser? Sometimes things on Google applications don't work properly in IE but do in FireFox, or vice-versa.
