removing addresses from drop down

Is there any way to remove certain addresses in the drop down list in the address bar in IE without removing them all. Some are from links that have been copied and pasted and I no longer require the web address. Thanks for reading and in advance for any help offered. hedley

One possibility here: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/iehv.html

Lots of other choices too: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=edit+url+history+ie
