Blue Screen Error At The Windows Start Up

First - When Starting up the computer it says windows have not been shutdown property and do you wish to start up in Safe Mode or Just the Regular Start Up After Clicking on any one , a blue screen automatically pops up saying the following : A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer Technical Information Stop: 0xc0000005,0x000042CA,0XF78AA54c,0XF78AA248

If this is a totally different issue then can you ID the exact make & model of the computer?

Do you have a Recovery CD?
