[Resolved] USB Virus (autorun.exe, readme.txt.exe)

Hey guys. I just recently found my portable hard drive and I'm 100% sure it has a virus. I haven't plugged it into my computer yet with the risk that I'll get the virus. Is there anyway I can clean it?
