Go to start Run… MSCONFIG > Startup

Here choose disable all and re boot / re start.

Hi Jephree ,
First of all , Thx for helping. I sincerely appreciate it. Fyi , the service provider ' Singtel ' acknowledge my complaint but channeled me to a 3rd party provider which is of no help.
Anyway , I've done as instructed , there's no ' Windows - No Disk ' error occourrence, I've re ' Checked ' the ' Normal Startup ' on the Startup Selection & ' Enabled ' all the start up items on the ' Start Up ' bar & upon booting up , the ' Windows - No Disk ' error re appeared. So what do i do next ?

If there's a need , I've attached the hijackthis.log notepad for your reference.. Thx .

EDITED by paws….HJT log removed
📎HJT.txt
Hi Zainal_9202,
We do not analyse HiJackThis (HJT) logs on this subforum…… these should only be posted in the malware removal forum, where a trained and expert malware fighter will be able to give you specific directions.

Here is a link to the correct procedures
http://forums.whatthetech.com/Welcome_New_…ers_t34502.html

Please follow those procedures with regard to downloading the correct up to date version of HJT and ensure that it is installed correctly into a permanent directory/folder (where suitable back ups will be made and are easily to find…..) and post the log in the correct forum (not here please)
When you make your post with the log in the malware removal forum please name your topic "Referred by paws" and provide them with a link to this topic here.

In a few minutes I will remove your HJT log from this subforum and upload it as an attachment so it will not be immediately visible to search engines…….
HOWEVER in the meantime it is fair to say that your log although out of date, indicates that you may have severe infections present, and as a matter of urgency you should disconnect your machine from the Internet, and seek expert guidance from the links given above.
Once your machine has been checked by an expert malware fighter and declared free from infection, please return here to this topic if you are still having issues with it and we will do our best to help.
Regards
paws
