All of us here on the WhatTheTech forums appreciate your anxiety to receive help and assistance with Malware removal and will do all they can to respond to you as soon as possible.
Raktor, your trusted advisor operates under a very different time Zone from yours, or indeed mine……. He is in Melbourne Australia, and also is liaising with colleagues in Canada, to ensure you receive prompt and beneficial advice, I'm in the UK and other helpers are from all different corners of the world…, so when one person is about to retire for the night, others are just getting up …..
I am sure you get my drift…
All the trusted advisors on the forum here are volunteers, who generously donate their time, knowledge, skills and expertise to help folks with their malware problems, but they also have "real" jobs, some are programmers, or technicians, but all are experts and may also have families and other community responsibilitities, that eat into their free time.
We are all fortunate that they give so freely of that most precious commodity…….time .
Rest assured that you will continue to receive assistance with malware removal as soon as possible.
