I can not go into my Internet explorer Browser as i get this error


"RUNDLL" - "Error Loading C:\Windows\system32\inetcpl.cpl , The operating system can not run %1"

I have also tried going in to RUN > inetcpl.cpl it still does not let me in.

how do i fix this…
