Unable to open firefox

Hi. I saw the discussions about not being able to open firefox. I downloaded the updated version of Firefox (3.5) a couple of days ago. I then began the installation of the updated RoboForm. I finished today. However, I am now unable to open Firefox from any site. I was able to open IE without any problems. I noted your recommendations regarding exporting favorites to desktop. I am not sure that all of my favorites are in the File of IE as I rarely use it. However, should I proceed as you per your recommendations anyway?
