Okay so what's happening with my computer is things are becoming unresponsive. When this happens I restart using my restart button on my machine…this causes the computer to start up into a black screen and it's rendered unable to be accessed unless I reformat. First time I reformatted I had the problem where if I tried to install service pack 1 files it would become unresponsive even freeze up. This would end up in the same circle of black screen. I started it up again and installed service pack 2 and my necessary drivers. Now when I try to access D: drive it becomes unresponsive and when I open task manager to tell it to stop, it freezes up. The mouse moves but windows explorer crashes and it wont start up, even with a manual start from the task manager. The weird thing about all of this is that if you check the task manager there's hardly any CPU or ram usage going on. I've also found that it doesn't like reading some CD's in my cdrom. They become unresponsive, sometimes cause windows explorer to crash or similar problems where I end up having to restart and black screen of death appears. My computer was doing this back in November when I took it to the computer store to get it fixed. I however can't afford that this time around…They reported having done the following. Diagnose system slow performance: Hardware scan (which I would like to know how to do, if anyone knows please let me know) Cleaned system start files. Removed any useless utilities/software programs. Installed/updated avg antivirus. Adaware/spyboy spyware utility(but they never actually installed spybot) Scanned and cleaned/deleted infected files. Cleaned system registry. Updated all critical windows updates, Disc clean, defrag.
This time around I did a defrag and ran hijack this thinking maybe something was installing itself in the registry and causing things to malfunction, this is the result:

Now I don't know about you, but i don't see anything out of the ordinary, besides PCHealth, which I have no idea what the carp** that is…If it's necessary please let me know.
Right now I am going to try to get myself adware and spybot and run a scan for virus on my D: drive. After that I am going to try to do a defrag on my D: drive to see if that helps at all. If anyone knows the cause of the problem I am having I would much appreciate some insight. Thank you for reading my post. I am looking forward to your responses.
