Hi, I am new to this forum. I was having computer troubles and my cousin pointed me here :thumbup: My computer has been crashing lots recently, some say it may be hardware and not malware. Can someone please point me in the right direction as in where to post and what steps to take? Help me, I will worship you! :notworthy:

There's a lot going on so take a while to have a good look around,

For detailed advice on a Windows issue then its best to go here:

Please post as much information on the crashing problem as possible… include things like
  • 1the error codes you are getting
  • the specific codes on the "Blue Screens of Death"
  • what you were doing with the machine at the times of the crashes
  • what applications did you have open
  • any changes made recently, hardware or software added or removed
  • make and model number of machine
