If so….
It appears you may not have completed that work and may still be suffering from infection.
Before we start:
System Restore to Undo Changes if Problems Occur
Every time you download or install a new game, application, or software update, you make changes to your computer.
Sometimes that change may make your system unstable. Have you ever wanted to go back to the way it was? With System Restore, you can.
Before you open the System Restore console, you may want to save your work and close all programs since System Restore requires you to restart your computer.
Click Start, and then click Help and Support.
Under Pick a Task, click Undo changes to your computer with System Restore.
Choose Create a Restore Point, and click Next.
Type a description for your Restore Point in the box, then click Create, then click Close
Restart your System
Next~
We need to check if Automatic Updates, is switched on to do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run, type sysdm.cpl, and then click Ok.
2. Click the Automatic Updates tab, and then click to select one of the following options.
- Automatic (recommended) Automatically download recommended updates for my computer and install them
- Download updates for me, but let me choose when to install them
- Notify me but don't automatically download or install them
Click Ok
Please post back with the XP service pack that you currently have.
How to find this~
Right Click on My Computer,
Click Properties, then under the General Tab, it will show your System Details.

I have become aware of a thread in the Malware Removal section that you posted, Trojan.win32.agent.azsy and personal antivirus, Trojan.win32.agent.azsy pop up and personal antivirus pop up
It also appears that there was more to be completed in this thread, though now it is closed due to inactivity.
You are more then likely still infected.
You will need to follow these directions here
And someone from the Malware Team will be along to help, keep in mind that they are sometimes very busy and can take up to 5 days to respond.
If you do not receive help within 5 days, click here
