Hello sfp25143

Welcome to the Whatthetech Malware Removal Forum,

All advice given by anyone volunteering here, is taken at your own risk.
While best efforts are made to assist in removing infections safely, unexpected stuff can happen.

Some people get impatient and reply to there own thread with the word Bump thinking it will bring them to the front of the line but what that actually does is show that your thread has been replied to and most times its passed over, like this one may have since you replied to your own thread.

Post a Hijackthis log this way and lets see whats going on.

Download Trendmicros Hijackthis to your desktop.
  • Double click it to install
  • Follow the prompts and by default it will install in C:\Program Files\Trendmicro\Hijackthis\Highjackthis.exe
  • Open HJT Scan and Save a Log File, it will open in Notepad
  • Go to Format and make sure Wordwrap is Unchecked
  • Go to Edit> Select All…..Edit > Copy and Paste the new log into this thread by using the Submit Reply and not start a New Thread.
DO NOT have HijackThis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.
Thank you…
After reading this log, I see so very many things still showing that I have uninstalled/deleted and thought they were gone.

You can look through all the 016 entries on your HJT log and also remove the ones that you no longer use or want, all they are are cab files and they will be reinstalled the next time you visit the site.

The rest of your log looks fine, no malware that I can see so your issues are most likely windows or software related. With all the programs you ran to fix your problems, don't know if they did more harm than good.

This forum is just for malware removal so you can post in one of these sites for help.
