[Resolved] need help

ok..so far i've only had a chance to try the MVPS Hosts file..but i jus get the command box that says hit any key to continue then it disappears..i take it that you dont feel trend micro is all that great? i've tried spywareguard before but it always gives me a problem..but i'll definitely try that and everything else you recommended (i wont double with what i'm not suppose to)….thank you SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!! i wonder why The Geek Sqaud, Firedog and (they're so called "pc experts" here ) or any pc repair shop dont do what you guys do here at whatthetech…if you bring your computer in with a virus or any issue that can be resolved here they just say "oh..you had a virus..we had to format"..theres no SDfix..dr.web cureit etc..please leave this thread open for a day so i can make a donation..thanks again..

Hi, There is nothing wrong with Trend Micro, I thought you were looking for a free alternative. The important thing is to keep the virus definitions up to date. If you will continue with a subscription to Trend Micro, then that program will do you well. Don't use spywareguard if you don't find it compatible with your system. Thank-you and stay safe CB
