Hey guys.. I am an amateur troubleshooter so please be gentle with me! I keep getting the Buffer Overrun message at startup to do with win32/spools. So im guessing this is to do with the HP printer which is now unrecognizable. Everything else seems fine on the computer. Could someone help me step by step? Thank you!
Hi HansK. Seems like the best thing to do would be to uninstall your HP printer via the Add or Remove Programs selection in Control Panel. Once that is done, reboot then reinstall it, see if that straightens things out.
