Hii I am experiencing a problem with my laptop. When am starting my windows XP, Its giving a message " This application has failed to start because ATL.DLL was not found. Re-Installing the application may fix this problem".I am not able to use the internet. Please provide me with a solution.

ATL.DLL should be in \Windows\system32. If it's not there, it's on the XP CD in the \I386 directory as atl.dl_. You use the expand command to uncompress it from there and put it where it belongs. Open a Command Prompt and enter expand /? for usage info.
