I've been having the following dialog pop up -> "Failed to load resource DLL" whenever I open Internet Explorer, a folder on my desktop, or right click on an icon on my desktop. I've been cleaning up my system from spyware, etc. but this is still occurring. No hint is given on what DLL it's looking for. It doesn't happen when application windows come up, but it appears to be related to Windows "windows" opening up. Any one have any ideas? Thanks
