Startup and Anti virus problems.

Hey, I am new here..great site this.. i am using a HP Laptop dv5000 series, with Windows XP media center edition. SO on to the problem i am facing. At start up I get a message displayed that is "Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\Nircmd.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. to search for a file, click the Start button and then click Search." I was using Norton antivirus, but i could not browse the internet on firefox. I had to disable the anti virus to do so. No i downloaded Avira, and still i cannot browse the internet on firefox until i disable the anti virus. Help in this regard would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
