my computer keeps shutting down ,internal page error Kernel_Stack_ and will not start in safe mode and will not check disc FAT32 ! I started problems with new update I uninstalled the new window update and also deleted firefox from my system. The sound is jumbled and it also gave me a shadowed BIOS error page once. Please this happened all at once and I dont know what to do!
Hi, laptops are known for having problems with the hard drives because they are banged around so much. If I had to throw a number at it I would say 1 out of 3 or 4 laptops I service have bad sectors on the hard drive or a bad hard drive all together. This makes the odds pretty high you have a bad sector or two on the hard drive.

I would suggest you scan for drive trouble before doing anything else. Please read the following post with instructions how to boot to recovery console and run a chkdsk /r command.

Theres a good chance your laptop will be back up and running just by doing this.
