hey, recently my computer was infected and after it was powered down and booted back up the next day it wouldnt load windows passed the login screen. you would click on the user and it would just start to load and then it redirects back to the login screen. tried booting in safe mode and same things happens, also tried the last known from the f8 menu with no success. i was told that i probably have to use recovery console to get back into windows and clean the infections. ive been able to get into the console with no problem, im just not sure exactly what i should be doing. i would appreciate any help on this situation. thanks.
