Doug I did what you recomended but only ten people have taken a peek

This browser keeps freezing and I have alot of processes running that I can't get out by using task manager like svchost.exe I ran adaware and spybot search and destroy then posted a hijack this log and nobody replied with only 10 views. Please help with this:
