Hi Christopher, The good folks in Malware Removal are all volunteers. They provide assistance to topics in order of when the help request was submitted. You submitted your topic yesterday and several others have been waiting a day or two longer. Please be patient. The quality of assistance rendered in our Malware Removal Forum is of excellent professionalism. Until the Malware Forum matter is resolved, it would be unwise to make any system or software changes because that could seriously impact the work that may be instructed in Malware Removal. Best Regards
