I have run every program I can think of remove Antivirus 360 and yet it is still hijacking IE7. Google has the following message:

Google has detected unregistered Antivirus 360 copy on your computer. Google recommends you to activate Antivirus 360 to protect your PC from malicious intrusions from the Internet.

All other pages have what looks to be a popup toolbar. Below is a list of programs and proceures I have already gone through that have been unsuccessful:
Malware (full scan) - it removed what looked to be the bulk of the files, but IE is still hijacked.
Ad-Aware - found only 2 files neither of which was related to this problem
Updating XP to SP3 - no effect
running a full scan of AVG - no effect
search registry for anything related to Antivirus 360 - no results found.
search HDD for any files containing text related to Antivirus 360 - no results found.
Same problem exists for all user accounts including Administrator
Ran CCleaner - Windows apps and registry cleaner .. removed all files found – no help either

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take a trip to this webpage for download links and instructions for running Combofix by sUBs: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix *
  • Please be aware that this tool may require the PC to be rebooted so close any programs you have open before you start.
  • When CF has finished, it will produce a log - C:\ComboFix.txt - copy and paste it into your next reply.
  • Post a fresh HJT log as well.
  • Let me know how the PC is behaving.
* There are two points to note from the instructions page:

1) The Recovery Console.

It is recommended that you install this as, in certain circumstances, it may be the difference between a successful repair and a reformat. If you are uncertain as to whether or not you already have the Recovery Console installed, simply run CF and it will prompt you if it does not detect it.
CF will complete it's removal tasks without the installation of the Console, so you are free to choose whether you want to complete this step, but it is in your interests to do so.

2) Disabling your Anti-Virus.

CF has been the victim of false-positive detections on occasion and a resident AV may incorrectly identify and delete part of the tool which won't do it much good. If you don't disable your AV, you may not get the results you hoped for!
