[Resolved] trojan removal

hi , Had big problems with a Microsoft looking warning appear warning that I had a virus, clicked on repair now and had mega problems since. My computer was cleansed by a local computer guy but Kaspersky keeps telling me there is a trojan. Also keeps on telling me keylogger is on ????? Help me please
