Hi There,
I have been using PC Tools Internet security to run a virus scan. And for the last little while, I have found that it always finds infections of the following items:
-Application Tracking Cookies
-Adware Advertising
-Spyware.Bad.Site (this is a recent one that just came up)

I have tried to delete them after the scan has completed and it has come up that they were deleted, however, if I do the scan the next day, these infections continue to come up. Sometimes there are more infections, sometimes there are less.

I visited the F-Secure website and performed a full system online scan where it found TrackingCookie. Advertising (Spyware), TrackingCookie.Revsci (Spyware), Vundo.FBW (Virus).
Here is the report that came up with F-SECURE:
TrackingCookie.Advertising (spyware)

* System

TrackingCookie.Revsci (spyware)

* System

Vundo.FBW (virus)

* C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\INUFIHEY.INI
* C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\UGUBEPEK.INI

Statistics
Scanned:

* Files: 35065
* System: 3590
* Not scanned: 7

Actions:

* Disinfected: 0
* Renamed: 0
* Deleted: 0
* None: 4
* Submitted: 0

Files not scanned:

* C:\HIBERFIL.SYS
* C:\PAGEFILE.SYS
* C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\DEFAULT
* C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SAM
* C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SECURITY
* C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SOFTWARE
* C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM

I came to your website and it suggested a few steps to take before I posted a HJT report. So I followed the steps and made sure through My Computer that hidden files were being displayed etc. I then downloaded ATF Cleaner and cleaned out everything.

Lastly, I have Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and I performed a quick scan which didn't find anything. But the log is posted below:
