pls help….
:welcome: sufi,

Very good post, all the information needed.

Elementary test is to look at your speaker cables in case they have come loose, been bumped or even if your sound is not turned up. Many a problem like yours is as simple as a loose cable or speakers turned down.

Can you remember doing anything unusual on your system between the time the sound disappeared and when it was working?

Suggest you go to:

  • My Computer
  • Properties
  • Hardware
  • Device Manager
  • Check if there are any yellow or red warning signs showing
Report back if there are alerts evident.

kind regards,
well all the cables and plugs are in proper order :) nothing out of the ordinary in the Device manager…. apparently it got fixed when i reinstalled the driver lol…. thnx for helpin anyways :P
Thanks Sufi for posting back - much appreciated and I am glad you got the fix with the new installed driver. Come and see us again when need be. kind regards,
