OK, you're saying that you re-installed your Operating System ?i formatted my computer
What OS is it ? XP, Vista….? [edit: I see under your avatar, that you have XP ]
I'm sorry, but I do not understand what you are saying here.but till now it didint take any difintion for sound or screen
not from cd or net what can i do
If you mean that the entire screen is shaded with a 'green' tint, then that is usually a loose or damaged cable. [any color shading really.]the screen now is green not blue
Check and make sure that your cable is pushed-in all the way and that the side screws are screwed-in [do not over tighten.]
[don't forget that many screens have a connector on them as well–it could be that end that is loose.]
If no change, then wiggle the cable at both ends looking for changes in the picture…the cable might have a short in it.
If no change, try a different video cable or monitor, that will narrow the problem a bit.
good luck,

thaat when i re install my system i must re install the sound and screen card
is that write?
so when i come to do these steps it didnt work ? why?
Hey
That's right. You have to re-installl those when you have re-installed your windows system.
How?:
Do you have your system CD's which came along with the PC? Any drivers should be there.
Afterwards you can update these.
If no CD, find the specifications for your components, and search for them online.

yes i have them
but the computer did not accept them
why?????????????????????????
Usually that will only happen if those CDs are not in fact for that make/model PC.…yes i have them
but the computer did not accept them
why?????????????????????????
per your original post, you've attempted to install drivers off of the internet as well, but it did not work.
Did you remember to turn-off any Anti-Virus program before installing the drivers ?
How do you know it did not "work" ? Did an "error message" appear ?
Click -start- then right-click "my computer", choose -manage-
When the "computer management" window opens, choose -device manager-.
Look for any devices that have a Yellow caution on them.
If you do not see any, then your audio and video drivers would appear to be installed ok.
