internet and network problem

hi, i have a compaq presrio 1530 il desktop pc OS-windows xp sp2 ram-512 mb my problem is that wenever my windows starts….this dialog box appears everytimePLZ SEE THE ATTACHMENT FOR A SNAP OF THAT DIALOG..) THIS DIALOG WINDOW ALWAYS APPEARS ON THE SCREEN EACH AND EVERY TIME MY WINDOW STARTS.. plz tell me how to remove this dialog box..this is very annoying…thanx

problem solved …i cleared the windows xp cache folder using "4diskclean pro 2008" and it is solved
