Please Help Me-Virus problems & Sound Problems

Please Help me out….!!

Recently my computer was infected with many viruses,malwares,spywares etc…especially the Win32.Trozans….But i tried to remove all of those using different Antiviruses and many spyware removal softwares…But one problem is there..
after everything done when i started my PC..the Windows Start sound and Windows Exit sound didnt work…rest all sounds are working but only these two didnt work…the windows start silently and also exits silently…another problem is that whenever i change my Volume UP or Down..inplace of Windows Chimes sound…the CPU speaker beeps..the volume up and down works but earlier cpu beep was not there..but now it is coming..rest all sounds were working but only XP start and XP exit and this CPU beep during Volume change are the main problems…i have checked the sound settings also but nothing was there..i also tried to change and reply the sound settings..but this too didnt worked…
My PC also takes more time to start and shutdown…is ir due to any kind of Virus..Am i still Infected??

Run - ATF Cleaner instructions here.

Then download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location and post it here. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt

i did the scan through Malware bytes and Antimalware software: and it says that there is no malware,spyware etc…sorry i couldnt post the log file here as i accidentally deleted the log file…and i dont hav enough time to again scan my PC with it because it takes more time…sorry but dont worry:-it shows that there is nothing in my Pc… But u hav not said anything about the Sound problem…what about that? Can i Restore my Windows start and exit sound or not?

Reboot and rescan with HiJackThis and post a new log here.

I think that some of the registry keys were changed by the malware.
We can clean out some of the reg-keys but I think that you'll have to post in
this forum about the sound issue.

i did what u said me to do…
but still there is no change..
My computer is running fine but still the problems mentioned below exist:-
1. Windows Start & Exit Sounds are not playing…
2. The PC takes more time to boot and also to shutdown..

PROBLEM SOLVED!!! U all r not fit for anything..this forum is of no use…wat do u think forums are made for…?? …to discuss the problems…but frm last 8-10 days no one atleast tried to solve my problem..atlast i got the soln of my problem frm another forum…"bink.nu"..i posted my prblm there and within minutes the came up wid a good soln..that worked 100%…plz learn frm them.. ANY WAYS THE SOLN..IS:- " hi this happend to me at xmas and it took me months to sort out! open regedit and go to HKEY current user and in the right pane should read "(default) REG_SZ (value not set)" if not then delete the value and Winxp will create a new one. then your sound will be back " GOT IT!! BYE…I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WID U ALL…
