When I try to boot my computer all I get is the wallpaper… no icons, no task bar, just the picture.

When I startup in safemode, it tells me it must restart because "Dcom server process launcher service terminated unexpecedly" and it gives me a countdown. I had someone look at it and they thought it was the sasser worm. It did not show up under a "fixer" we downloaded from symantec, but at least he showed me how to keep it from restarting. In Run, if I enter "shutdown -a", it does not restart. I don't know where to start because I cannot update spybot or adaware because I can not access the internet with that computer. I ran the most recent ones of those and loaded a fresh hijack this off of a memory stick. The results are below. Since I can't go online, are there any suggestions on where to start? Does anything show in this HIjack this that might be useful?

Any help would be appreciated as I use this computer for working from home. Thanks!
