I am trying to run Tactical Iraqi 4.0.2 with vista and I am able to use the program for varing amounts of time then the program freezes. When I open up the task manager and end the task, it says VCengine.exe is not responding. Any solution to this problem would be great.

Does your computer meet the requirements of the game? Game freezes usually due to insufficient computer hardware, in which case you'd have to get an upgrade to fix.
