To start with this is in my spybot resident file. it is dening this entry once per second or two (litterally). I wont be able to deactivate the tea timer until that is gone to run any other programs that would require me to do so to get the bugs out.

9/4/2008 3:39:21 PM Denied (based on user blacklist) value "BMc3bb108b" (new data: "Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\dyjxcnyq.dll",s") added in System Startup global entry!

The first thing you need to do is to lose one of your anti-virus programs. Running two or more in real-time can cause conflictions giving less protection than having just one installed. choose between Avast and Norton and uninstall the other.

Once you've done that, do this:

Take a trip to this webpage for download links and instructions for running Combofix by sUBs: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix
  • Please Note: This tool may require the PC to be rebooted so close any programs you have open before you start.
  • When CF has finished, it will produce a log C:\ComboFix.txt - copy and paste it into your next reply.
  • Post a fresh HJT log as well.
  • Let me know how the PC is behaving.
Also, run HJT and click on Open the Misc Tools section.
  • Click Open Uninstall Manager…
  • Click Save list… and save it to your Desktop.
  • Copy and paste the file uninstall_list.txt into your next reply.
