Help would be much appreciated. This is my daughters laptop, it was given to her, she has no cd with it. She was hit with a bad virus, she only had her wireless card for 2 months, had to purchase a new one. I have a log. Hoping someone can take a look and let me know what is going on , I am some what knowledgeable when it comes to computers. But would appreciate all the help I can get. My daughter just wants her laptop back to normal. I have the startup list log and the hijackthis log, but it would not upload- it failed, stated not permitted to upload this type of file? Thanks
