hi! i recently have a virus inside my computer it happened when i receive a wierd message from an unknown email adress it said something about my payment for a ticket and asked me to download a file at the start i think the file is microsoft word so i thought it will be safe however just when i clicked on it to see wat it is about, the file immidiately make the change of my comp particularlly it make my desktop back ground change to blue screen with a warning that i have a virus inside my computer i try to delete the file and scan my computer but it just keep coming back everytime i open my computer inaddition, my internet is keeping download something really big , few gbs per night while i turn off all of my download please help me!
