My computer started acting up a couple of days ago, it would crash all of the sudden and immediately go into CHKDSK upon reboot. When windows loads, McAfee alerts me of a buffer overload. After the scans below, it hasn't crashed, but still get the message:

Also, I'm unable to do a system restore, this may or may not be related to the Trojan, I'm not sure.

Ran McAfee, nothing found. Ran Yahoo! Anti-Spy..removed some adware or spyware and I think one virus. Downloaded Norton and Spyware Doctor from the Google Pack, ran both of those, Norton found a couple of items and removed, Spyware Doctor found over 3,600 infections of one Trojan. I had to stop the scan because it seemed to go on forever. Almost like the thing was replicating, but I don't think Trojans do that, or do they? When I stopped the scan, it removed the infections, but there were still more. Ran this through safe mode, went much quicker, and supposedly removed every single one–another 1300 infections of the same Trojan. Booted to normal mode, and same thing, buffer overload quickly pops up, I decline. Try Spy Doctor again, sure enough, "Trojan.Pakes!sd6" is still there. Ran the scan, removed 170 or so infections. Rebooted Computer. Ran scan, removed 168 infections. Ran scan again, 40 infections removed. Ran again, 1 removed. Ran again, clean. Closed program, opened and ran scan, removed 1. It's rated as a high security risk, and supposedly is like a backdoor or possibly key logger type infection. Whatever it is, it seems to be a nasty little thing and I'd like it gone, and is in start up I think…but my expertise is limited. Thanks for any assistance.
