The software works really well with Windows for removing hidden virus files. It did not fix my problem. If it doesn't fix yours you might want to try this: Look in the registry to remove the dll entry start>run and type regedit navigate to the following key HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run -or- HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run in the right-hand pane, locate the entry for the dll file and delete it. Your user name fits :pullhair: You want people to edit the registry to remove what? What .dll? Hope you have your windows cd to re-install your operating system after you've killed it by editing the registry :smack:
