Constant Crashing/Freezing/Rebooting

My specs-

OS: Windows Vista Ultimate (x64)
Processor: Intel Core Duo E8400 (3.00GHz)
RAM: 8GB (4x2gb OCZ Gold)
Motherboard: NFORCE 680i LT SLI
BIOS: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX
PSU: 750W

My Problem:

I've had this assembled for almost 2 months now and tried EVERYTHING I could possibly think of to solve my crashing. I'm fine for a while when I'm not gaming, possibly 2-24 hours without crashing; any given time in that range it happens at least once. While gaming though; even in the oldest of games, Warcraft III more so than any other… About every 20-60min of gameplay the screen will either freeze, system reboots, or freeze WITH a nice artifact of red and blue lines in the top left corner and the only way to solve it is to press the reset button. I've used RivaTuner to monitor my systems temperatures in background and they stay a steady 60ºC the whole time. My BIOS are up to date, at least as far as I'm aware, my RAM is good - I've tested all the slots and with and without some. I just switched my operating system from 32 bit to 64 just to rule out the OS being a possible problem. I've ran mem tests, I've reformatted multiple times, and I've even tried a cooling tank which had no effect in the outcome, just lowered the temp (therefore it isn't an overheating issue) :(.
I also am not infected with spyware or malware of the slightest other than tracking cookies.
Last, all my drivers are up to date (at least I think) as well, I'm entirely clueless on what else I can possibly try on my own :/ so I'd like to ask the pros.
